Combat

1. One panic button is mandatory — mobility or defensive cooldown before fashion DPS gems.
2. Don’t finish every animation if the mist timer is screaming.
3. Reset after a bad trade — back off, potion, re-engage; ego swinging loses bags.
4. Elites are optional when your bag already has an upgrade.

Audio & awareness

5. Headphones help — sprint, channel, and fight audio are information.
6. Silence is a tell — if birds and AI go quiet, assume players.
7. Don’t loot while reloading / recovering in the open.

Extraction

8. Name two exits before your first fight.
9. Leave mid-map as a beginner default; late-map is a skill check.
10. Never start channel at 10% HP.
